Operations apprentice completes end-point assessment
We are extremely proud to share the news that our operations apprentice, Nick Colman, has completed his apprenticeship and end point assessment with a distinction.
This result is evident of the hard work and dedication that Nick has put in over the last 15 months.
Nick, who has completed a level 3 business administration course at Stockton Riverside College joined us in a newly created role that suited Nick’s skillset and our requirements to develop our service division.
Through his time with the company Nick has accessed online learning to complete his apprenticeship and completed a project which developed our branding by implementing a branded clothing range.
Mike Goldsworthy, Operations Manager at IMH commented: “We are over the moon with the achievements of Nick. He is a hard-working and dedicated member of the team. Always willing to make suggestions on how we can improve our processes and apply learnings from his course.
“Nick has completely made this role his own and has carved out a niche position for himself based on his skills and expertise.
“He’s an absolute asset to the service team and the company as a whole which is why we’re looking forward to him staying with us in his new role of graduate service coordinator.”
Nick added: “I’ve really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship with the support of IMH. Everyone in the company has been so supportive and has offered me every opportunity to learn new skills and gain a good insight into the activity of the company.
“It’s been an absolute privilege to be able to apply my skills, learnings and expertise to enhance the processes of the IMH service division.
“The company has been open and supportive of my ideas and together we have been able to benefit from the efficiencies.
“I look forward to continuing my journey with IMH and seeing what more positive changes I can be a part of.”
