Benefit from our Focus 5 offer with Bosch Rexroth

As a Certified Excellence Service partner of Bosch Rexroth, we’re excited to share more details about our Focus 5 service agreement.  

We’re pleased to support our customers, keeping machines and equipment running with dedicated service support and a fixed cost to repair your equipment* regardless of condition.  Through our partnership with Bosch Rexroth, we can guarantee products back to their original specification.  

Ask yourself, if the worst was to happen, how will you manage through unplanned and expensive downtime?  

Just like the preventative maintenance programmes we provide, our Focus 5 offer has been designed to, where possible, repair and replace before an issue occurs. And to also provide quick response times, to get you back up and running.  

Focus 5 – Back to New  

If you’re a holder of an A10 VSO, A2 FM or A4 VSO your equipment could be eligible for our Focus 5 support, which includes:  

  • 5 working days turnaround. Though, not applicable where a customer quote acceptance is required, if using a standard pricing option.*  
  • Repaired units will be returned painted with a single coat of fast drying primer (as a minimum) with a gentian blue topcoat provided, at no extra costs (to be confirmed upon receipt of the order).  
  • A basic inspection report, as standard, and enhanced report issued for units greater than or equal to 125cc.  
  • A full test on a Bosch Rexroth certified test rig, as specified to original settings from the serial number.

We offer all of this alongside our commitment to support you efficiently through the entire process, from diagnosing the fault and stripping out the equipment, right through to replacement, re-installation and re-commissioning.   

Added hydraulic support 

While onsite removing or installing your equipment, our experienced hydraulic engineers can discuss with you and carry out additional services to help you maintain uptime, including conducting oil samples and assessing the performance of your hydraulic systems.
