ANOTHER WORK EXPERIENCE STUDENT JOINS
This week Joe Lidster starts his work experience with us. At IMH we recognise the importance in investing in the future of engineering. Having Joe, who is a Year 10 student at Nunthorpe Academy, is another example of our committment to spend time and resource in developing young people in the engineering sector.
We believe that getting work experience gives a valuable insight into the realities of engineering, showing young people about things that they may have never considered; such as site safety, PPE, keeping daywork records and the language of engineering. It also exposes them to the teamwork required to be a good engineer.
