24 Hour HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS & MACHINERY SERVICE AND REPAIR SERVICE

IMH provide Service and Repair for a wide range of hydraulic equipment. We have provided this service to customers locally, throughout the UK, Europe, and world-wide.

Our team of hydraulic service engineers, technicians, fitters and pipefitters are available 24Hrs a day throughout the year to provide unrivalled service and customer support for all our customers in areas such as Offshore, Marine, Industrial, Nuclear, and Mobile, from repairing the smallest leak on a machine to complete plant shutdown maintenance and service routines.

In terms of product expertise, we have been appointed, by Rexroth UK, as their service partners, and as such, carry out service and repair on their behalf. However, our experience covers all major "brand names" of hydraulic components within these industries.

When you choose IMH to service your equipment, our Engineering staff will arrive at your site fully equipped to carry out the tasks in hand . We have a reputation, throughout the UK within our industry, for achieving extremely high standards of work within a very competitive pricing structure.

SYSTEM DESIGN & CONSULTATION

Our technical department, with its' Design Engineers, provides a total Fluid power system Design and Consultancy service.

Through frequent site visits and discussions with our clients, we are able to produce complete customised systems, tailored and designed specifically for your application.

Modifications and enhancements can be made to your existing systems, utilising state of the art fluid power technology. You can be assured that your system will be produced offering long life and reliability, coupled with low cost of ownership.

Drawings are produced using the latest CAD technology. Designers can also be provided to work at the client's premises. If your Technical drawings are outdated, lost, or illegible, we offer a system survey service which will reproduce your system technical drawings to "as fitted" status. Call for details.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND "TURN KEY" PROJECTS

IMH offer a complete hydraulic service to our customers. This " Turn Key" package consists of design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of Hydraulic Systems, including responsibility for the mechanical and electrical components. We will look at new designs and/or modifications to existing systems, no matter the size, large or small.

INSTALLATION, FLUSHING AND PRESSURE TESTING

IMH provide onsite Installation of hydraulic systems and pipework to the highest standards. Our pipefitters have a vast range of experience of working with all major piping systems i.e. flared, compression, retain ring (GS Hydro), butt and socket welding.

Upon completion of work, all pipework is Flushed and Pressure Tested utilising IMH's wide range of flushing and test rigs. Jet cleaning services are also available. Purifiers are used to remove water from contaminated hydraulic fluid.

We carry out on-site fluid condition monitoring using Pall PCM, Diagnetics or Compar sampling systems. These are all available for hire.

Flushing rigs with Hydraulic flow rates of up to 2500 litres/min and test pressures up to 1000 Bar can be supplied. All rigs are available for hire with or without operators.

SYSTEM COMMISSIONING

Engineers are available to provide a Commissioning service on a wide range of hydraulic equipment throughout the world. No job is too small.

We have carried out installation and commissioning work on behalf of many customers including Rexroth - Europe's largest hydraulic manufacturer, MOD (Navy), Kvaerner - one of the worlds leading engineering groups, and Norwinch - the worlds largest manufacturer of low pressure deck machinery.

ACCUMULATOR RECERTIFICATION CENTRE

We have an Accumulator Repair and Recertification Centre, and are able to conduct Volumetric Displacement Tests on all Hydraulic Accumulators and pressure vessels.

TRAINING

As well as maintaining our own high standards by staff training, we offer a service for "In-House" Training of the client's personnel. Courses are tailored to suit the customers needs and are carried out at their premises or ours. Technical information, text books and training aids are available.
